Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the Turnback and Juicia mobile applications, on https://desnkingnorth1.com/, and when you contact us.
Product-specific behavior matters. Turnback is designed primarily around on-device records. Juicia uses online services when you sign in, buy credits or membership, submit a report, or request an AI outfit preview.
1. Who we are and how to contact us
References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the operator of Turnback, Juicia, and this website. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, or complaints, contact:
2. Turnback data handling
Information processed on your device
Turnback may process entries you write, activity and outcome categories, reasons, next-time rules, optional notes, checklist state, reminder settings, and local app preferences. If you attach an image, the current product design may retain a local reference that lets the app display the selected image.
Storage and notifications
Core Turnback records and reminder settings are designed to remain on the device in the current version. Local notifications may be scheduled from the reminder times you choose. Notification permission may be requested on Android versions that require it.
Current cloud and account behavior
The current Turnback experience does not require a cloud account and is not designed to sync core user entries to our servers. If cloud sync, accounts, analytics, or advertising services are introduced, this policy and the relevant store disclosures will be updated before those changes are released.
3. Juicia data handling
Photos, outfit references, prompts, and generated images
Juicia accesses only the photos you actively choose through the Android photo picker. When you request an AI outfit preview, the selected person photo, selected outfit reference or catalog reference, and optional text prompt are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections to our service providers so the requested image can be generated. Generated image URLs, task identifiers, and generation history may be associated with your guest or connected account so results can be displayed, reported, or removed from history.
Account and authentication information
You may continue with a guest identifier or connect an account using an email address or phone number and password. We process the selected account identifier, authentication credentials, device identifier, account status, credit balance, membership status, and related session information to authenticate you and keep eligible account data available across devices. Passwords are transmitted through encrypted connections; we do not display them back to you.
Purchases and credits
Optional purchases are handled through Google Play Billing. Google may process payment and account information under its own privacy terms. Juicia and its backend may receive product identifiers, purchase tokens, order identifiers, country, price-related order data, subscription status, credit balances, and transaction records to verify purchases, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and provide purchased features. We do not receive your full payment-card number from Google Play.
Reports and support
If you report a generated result, we process the related task identifier, report category, and any details you submit. If you contact us, we process your email address and the contents of your message to respond and maintain an appropriate support record.
Device and service data
Juicia may send app version, product configuration, device identifier, request metadata, network status, and diagnostic or error information needed to configure the service, secure accounts, process requests, and troubleshoot failures. The released Android app requests internet access and uses the system photo picker rather than broad storage or media-library permission.
4. Why we process information
- Provide the features you request, including reminders, account access, purchases, and AI image generation.
- Maintain session, preferences, favorites, history, and saved-result state.
- Verify transactions, prevent abuse or fraud, and protect the service.
- Respond to reports, support requests, and legal obligations.
- Improve reliability through limited operational diagnostics.
Depending on your location, our legal bases may include performing a contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the products, and compliance with law. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose limited information to vendors that perform services for us, including cloud hosting, secure file upload, AI image generation, account infrastructure, and support. Google Play processes purchases as an independent platform provider. Providers may process information only for the services they supply and subject to contractual or legal safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business reorganization.
6. Retention and deletion
Turnback records remain on your device until you remove them, clear app data, or uninstall the app, subject to Android storage behavior. Juicia stores local preferences, favorites, selected-photo references, session state, and saved result references until you delete local data or uninstall the app. The app states that recent generated looks are removed after 24 hours unless you save them; production backend retention must follow that user-facing commitment. Purchase and account records may be retained longer where needed for fulfillment, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Juicia provides a local-data deletion control in the Profile area. Removing local data does not automatically delete records that must remain on remote services, such as verified purchases or an account record. To request deletion of remotely held account or generation data, email Desnkingnorthone@gmail.com with enough information for us to verify and complete the request.
7. Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted network transport and access controls. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own; where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards.
8. Children and responsible use
Turnback and Juicia are not directed to children. Juicia is intended for adults and requires users to confirm that they are at least 18 and will use only photos of consenting adults that they own or are authorized to edit. Do not submit images of minors or non-consenting people.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent. You can avoid selecting photos, disable notifications in device settings, use Turnback without attaching images, delete Juicia local data, or uninstall either app. Contact us to exercise rights relating to remotely held data. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Advertising, analytics, and future changes
This policy does not claim that advertising or behavioral analytics are active unless they are included in the released product. If an app later introduces advertising, analytics, new permissions, cloud synchronization, or materially different data uses, we will update this policy, the effective date, in-app disclosures where required, and the applicable Google Play Data safety declarations before release.
11. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as our products or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted at this website with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the relevant app where appropriate.
